Organising our Phenodays conference is a very large and important undertaking for our business. This annual, international event, attended by over 200 people, poses a big challenge in organising the timing of sales, marketing, scientific content and travel for all attendees, speakers and sponsors. This requires a great deal of planning, knowledge of our company, customers, partners and competitors as well as persistence to keep all our colleagues and third parties involved and engaged in making this event a big success year after year.
